A release label does not necessarily distinguish bond, dismissal, time served, parole, transfer, an ICE pickup, or completion of every case. Presidio County Jail owns the physical jail event. The Jeff Davis Sheriff owns local arrest and transfer facts. The combined clerk supplies the case disposition.

IVSS-Counties supports more than a full-name query. Public instructions allow a full or partial name search and suggest the first three letters of the first and last name, separated by a space, for a partial search. The portal can also accept a DOC ID, State or SID number, Jail ID, or Permanent Booking number, followed by CAPTCHA. Use the strongest known identifier before relying on a partial name.
Record location language exactly. “Unknown/Undisclosed” can reflect a pending court matter and must not be restated as release.
